Dear Colleagues, WELCOME On behalf of the Organizing Committee, We cordially invite you to participate in 4th OEMT-2019 which will be held at Holiday Inn Al Barsha Dubai, Dubai, on 17-19, July, 2019. The OMET-2019 conference is devoted to the state-of-the-art of nano-sciences and nano-structures great progress in different aspects of nanostructured materials, nanodevices, nanomedicine, chemistry, physics, mechanics, computer simulation, biomedical applications, and advanced characterization techniques of nanostructured materials from all over the world. The program combines plenary and parallel oral sessions featuring invited presentations by a number of internationally recognized experts and will also include both contributed oral and poster presentations. Accepted abstracts will be assigned to oral or poster presentations, based on recommendations from the International Program Committee. We hope to see you join us in Dubai during July 17-19, 2019 for what promises to be a memorable conference. In addition to exchange of knowledge, the conference will also provide an opportunity for hand on experience to synthesis and characterize nano particles and optoelectronic devices during one day workshop on 19th of July. No separate fee will be charged for workshop. Following equipment will be available for synthesis and characterization of nano materials and optoelectronic devices.
